Dr. Daniel Cho leads ethics, governance, consent architecture, and identity-rights policy at EXIST.

He joined the company in 2021 as the technical program began moving from isolated research systems toward integrated Continuity Architecture.

Cho's mandate is to separate technical capability from unilateral authority. His organization develops review structures for consent, data stewardship, access control, identity status, and long-term responsibility.
