Dr. Maya Rosen leads medical systems, human-subject safety, and acquisition-interface development.

She joined EXIST in 2019 during the transition to Bellevue and helped define the company's integrated acquisition protocol, combining physiological, neural, behavioral, and cognitive measurements.

Rosen's organization is responsible for ensuring that engineering ambition does not outrun biological safety, informed consent, or interpretable measurement.
