IP-04 develops the Identity Continuity Index, a composite engineering metric for evaluating persistence across multiple dimensions of cognitive identity.
Method
ICI combines autobiographical memory stability, semantic self consistency, preference persistence, affective correspondence, cognitive strategy similarity, and temporal dynamics correspondence. Component scores remain visible rather than being hidden behind a single aggregate value.
Current Objective
Improve interpretability and detect cases where a high composite score masks failure in a critical identity dimension.
